Project Background Yuye Future Community aims to create a people-centered, technology-enabled model for future living. Traditional community service models are passive and fragmented, failing to meet residents' higher demands for convenient, healthy, and interactive living. This project aims to transform community public spaces into a "smart living space" full of technological charm and humanistic care by integrating cutting-edge intelligent interactive facilities, redefining modern neighborly relations and healthy lifestyles.

Challenges Faced The core challenge lies in making technology "warm," avoiding a cold and distant feeling. It requires seamlessly integrating smart services into residents' daily routines (such as walking and fitness), making them both practical and fun, thereby stimulating the active use of technology by residents of all ages, especially the elderly and children, and solving the common problems of insufficient community interaction and difficulties in health management.

Solution We deployed a series of highly designed intelligent interactive terminals. They are not only information hubs but also touchpoints for community vitality: the "digital smart trail" with motion-sensing games makes running fun; the smart body monitors heart rate in real time and provides rest suggestions; and the information guide screen vividly recreates community stories. All devices are connected through a unified community app, and a points-based reward system encourages residents to participate in health check-ins and community activities, building a positive and interactive digital twin community.

Project Outcomes: This solution significantly enhances residents' sense of belonging and well-being. The technological sophistication and engaging approach stimulate participation across all age groups, effectively promoting residents' physical and mental health and neighborhood social interaction. Data-driven health recommendations make care proactive and personalized. Yuye Community has successfully created a model of "technology serving life, fun promoting health," becoming a high-value destination leading future lifestyles.
