Hangzhou's West Lake, a World Cultural Heritage site, carries a thousand years of poetic and picturesque beauty and cultural heritage. In the digital age, the core objective of this project upgrade is to allow tourists to deeply experience the unique value of the "West Lake Cultural Landscape" while enjoying intelligent services, and to minimize interference with the natural and cultural environment.

As a core hub of the Yangtze River Delta world-class airport cluster, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport handles over 40 million passengers annually, with continuous rapid growth in operations. To align with its strategic positioning as an international aviation hub, address the complex challenges of multi-terminal and multi-runway coordinated operations, and meet travelers' expectations for efficient, convenient, and high-quality experiences, the airport urgently requires a systematic smart solution to achieve fundamental operational transformation and elevate service standards.

The Siming Mountain area is vast, rich in natural landscapes and cultural history, but traditional static signage offers limited information and fails to meet the needs of modern tourists for in-depth, interactive exploration. Tourists often face route confusion and inconvenience in obtaining information, impacting their overall experience. To improve the service quality and management efficiency of the scenic area, this project introduced a localized smart navigation solution, aiming to provide tourists with better services through technological means.
