  On August 22, 2025, Vice Mayor Xie Peng of Baoding City, Hebei Province, led a delegation including Wang Zhao, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal People's Government, Zhang Chuang, Director of the Municipal Data Bureau, Xu Runkuan, Director of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Wang Jialin, General Manager of the Municipal Digital Investment Group, to visit Langyu for an inspection and to guide related work on digital transformation and industrial collaborative development.
