In alignment with the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "14th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development," and to implement the "Opinions on Deepening 'Internet + Tourism' to Promote High-Quality Development of the Tourism Industry" issued by ten departments including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, efforts are accelerating to advance smart tourism characterized by digitalization, intelligence, and connectivity. The Department of Resources Development of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism organized the collection and evaluation of the first batch of national smart tourism "Cloud-Data-Intelligence" solutions. Leading enterprises such as Tencent, Baidu, and China Mobile participated in this initiative, among which Langyu stood out amidst strong competition.
After a rigorous selection process involving compliance review, expert evaluation, public announcement, roadshow exchanges, and scoring by experts and end-user representatives, Langyu's scenic area guide system based on its "Digital Intelligent Signage System" was recognized as an exemplary solution.
The "Cloud-Data-Intelligence" initiative, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Cyberspace Administration of China, aims to foster the development of the new digital economy, build digital enterprises, establish digital industry chains, and cultivate a digital ecosystem.
Langyu utilizes its Digital Intelligent Signage System as the foundation, with digital intelligent guide screens, digital intelligent wayfinding robots, cloud-based guide mini-programs, and digital intelligent public facilities as its carriers. It provides visitors with services such as route navigation, AI interaction, travel tips, attraction explanations, and blind-box prize draws, all presented through rich graphics, text, audio, and video. Beyond upgrading guidance to be dynamic, precise, and convenient, it has innovatively realized multiple functions including cultural interpretation and service guidance. Langyu's wayfinding robots in the Wulin business district and digital intelligent benches along the greenways near the "Big Lotus" stadium were reported by CCTV during the Asian Games and have been featured in over 50 media outlets.
Since 2017, with its comprehensive and diverse portfolio of digital intelligent products, Langyu has accelerated the high-quality development of business and tourism services across various sectors. Leveraging technologies like immersive experiences, big data, AR, and MR, and by integrating online and offline channels, Langyu innovates typical scenario experiences and activates the distinctive value of its subjects. Its footprint covers tourism resorts, scenic areas, cultural venues, streets, business districts, smart cities, and industrial parks. By implementing the inclusive services of "Cloud-Data-Intelligence," and under the national Digital China strategy, Langyu fully taps into domestic demand, focuses on key synergies, and continuously empowers the industry and society. It drives rapid iterative upgrades in business models, mechanisms, services, and value, adapting proactively to the evolving landscape.
