As an important window to the international tourism island, the Bozheng Dongyu Island Tourist Resort in Hainan Province faces the dual challenges of upgrading service capabilities and coping with the unique environment of a tropical island. To achieve the dual goals of high-quality tourism services and ecological environmental protection, a comprehensive facility system integrating intelligent guidance, environmental management, and convenient services is needed, while ensuring all facilities have strong typhoon resistance.

The project faces three core challenges: high salt spray corrosion from the tropical marine climate and the threat of strong typhoons (such as "Mangkut," which can reach level 10 or higher); the resort's high standards for ecological and environmental protection; and tourists' expectations for convenient and intelligent services. Traditional facilities are insufficient in terms of durability, functional integration, and visual appeal.

We have created a comprehensive, integrated intelligent facility system: the typhoon-resistant monument entrance uses a steel structure foundation and windproof design, capable of withstanding level 10 winds; the intelligent waste management system features automatic compression and overflow alarms; digital benches provide wireless charging and rest services; and intelligent signage and smart screens form a multi-level information guidance network. All equipment utilizes corrosion-resistant materials and features an integrated design.

This solution comprehensively enhances the service quality of the resort: typhoon-resistant design ensures stable operation of facilities year-round, the intelligent management system significantly improves operational efficiency, and convenient features greatly enhance the visitor experience. The integrated design maintains the harmonious aesthetics of the landscape, providing a model case for smart construction in the development of Hainan International Tourism Island, and has gained high recognition from owners and tourists.
