Project Background Ningbo Xiangshan Songlanshan Tourist Resort boasts a long coastline and high-quality beaches, making it a significant coastal leisure destination in East China. With increasing tourist numbers, traditional static signage systems are struggling to meet dynamic needs, such as real-time information dissemination of tide times, swimming area opening status, and weather warnings. Improving the intelligence and interactivity of the navigation system and building an efficient coastal safety early warning and rescue system are crucial for creating a high-quality, high-safety coastal resort.

The Resort faces typical marine climate challenges: consistently high humidity, strong salinity, and susceptibility to typhoons in summer and autumn. This places extremely high demands on the corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and structural stability of outdoor electronic equipment. Even more challenging is the complex water flow at the beach, where the risk of drowning remains constant. Achieving near-instantaneous emergency rescue is a core challenge for ensuring tourist safety.

We deployed a comprehensive solution integrating intelligent navigation and coastal safety emergency functions. The core equipment includes: 1) High-durability intelligent guide signs: made of 316 stainless steel and IP68 protected, providing real-time information on tides, weather, and activities; 2) Coastline SOS warning posts: deployed along dangerous waterways, equipped with a one-button emergency alarm, a loud siren, and a flashing light. When a tourist is in danger, pressing the button immediately locks their location and simultaneously notifies the monitoring center and nearby lifeguards, achieving seamless rescue through "one-button call, precise positioning, and rapid response."
